Shipping Policy

At Saige and Stem, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please allow time for thoughtful preparation before your order is shipped.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high order volumes or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, you will be notified.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Saige and Stem is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays or lost packages.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
