Return Policy
At Saige and Stem, every product is handcrafted in small batches using clean, organic botanicals and thoughtfully selected ingredients. Because of the nature of our products and for the safety and integrity of each item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or there is an error with your shipment, please reach out within 30 days of your order date. I’m always happy to help make it right.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
Order Changes
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes:
- Adding or removing items
- Changing scents, sizes, or quantities
- Combining multiple orders
- Updating shipping addresses
Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Due to the nature of handcrafted botanical skincare, we cannot accept returns. Once products leave our care, there is no way to ensure they have been stored properly or remain uncontaminated.
In accordance with cosmetic safety standards, all products must remain unadulterated and safe for use. Because Saige and Stem products are made in small batches without synthetic preservatives, they are especially sensitive to heat, light, and moisture.
For these reasons, returned items cannot be restocked or resold in order to protect the safety of all customers.
